WA + OR + ID PUBLIC WORKS OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUBCONTRACTORS

Stop Hunting Bid Portals.
Get the Work Worth Pricing.

The Monday Dispatch puts active Washington, Oregon, and Idaho public works projects—and the prime contractors pursuing them—in front of you every week. Then, when a project fits, Framework helps get your qualification paperwork organized before Bid Day turns into a last-minute scramble.

THE MONDAY DISPATCH
$29 / month

Weekly WA + OR + ID project intelligence for commercial trade contractors: active public works opportunities, closing windows, project details, and prime bidder / planholder contact information when publicly available.

HOW IT WORKS

Find the project. Prepare early. Price it when you are ready.

Framework separates opportunity sourcing from Bid Day compliance so you are not trying to solve both problems at 2:45 in the afternoon.

1

Subscribe

For $29/month, receive The Monday Dispatch with curated Washington, Oregon, and Idaho public works projects generally closing 7–21 days out, plus relevant prime bidder / planholder contacts when available.

Select & Upload

Find a project worth pursuing, then send Framework your current qualification documents—including your COI, safety information, and other requested compliance materials—for a project-specific review.

3

Deploy & Compete

Get your qualification packet in front of prime estimators early—ideally before the Bid Day rush—while your team keeps control of scope, estimating, and final pricing.

THE TWO-TRACK DISPATCH

Public work is not one market. Neither is your weekly project list.

Each Dispatch separates horizontal/civil opportunities from vertical/commercial work so you can move directly to the projects that match your trade.

TRACK 01

Horizontal / Civil

Infrastructure and site packages for contractors working outside the building envelope.

  • Earthwork and excavation
  • Paving and roadway work
  • Underground utilities
  • Concrete and site improvements
  • Drainage and stormwater
  • Traffic control and related civil scopes
TRACK 02

Vertical / Commercial

Building and facility projects for commercial specialty trades.

  • Schools and public facilities
  • Municipal buildings
  • Tenant improvements
  • Commercial electrical
  • HVAC and plumbing
  • Drywall, finishes, roofing, and related trades
The point is not to send you every public bid in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

The point is to cut down the portal hunting and put a manageable list of active opportunities in front of you—with enough lead time to decide whether the work is worth pricing.
ONE-TIME UPGRADE
$350

Prime Compliance Packet for a subcontractor preparing to approach prime estimators on a specific public works opportunity.

THE PRIME COMPLIANCE PACKET

Do not make the estimator vet your company in the middle of Bid Day Madness.

A low number is not automatically a usable number. If a prime estimator still has questions about your insurance, safety documentation, eligibility, or scope when quotes are closing, your proposal can become harder to carry—especially when another subcontractor is already qualification-ready.

The better position: get your qualification material in early so the estimator already knows who you are and what documentation you have before your final price arrives.

For Idaho opportunities: public works projects with a total estimated cost of $50,000 or more generally require contractors and subcontractors to hold an active Idaho Public Works Contractor License. The review may also flag alcohol- and drug-free workplace affidavits and project-specific bonding documentation identified in the solicitation.
  • Review Washington L&I, applicable Oregon public works standing, or Idaho Public Works Contractor license status, as applicable
  • Flag project-required alcohol- and drug-free workplace affidavits, including Idaho requirements when applicable
  • Identify project-specific performance and payment bond documentation that may affect subcontractor qualification or onboarding
  • Review available COI and required endorsement documentation
  • Organize relevant safety information and EMR documentation
  • Identify missing or inconsistent qualification items
  • Build a clean, project-specific subcontractor scope one-sheet
  • Package the material for early delivery to the prime estimator
