Framework does not determine whether your company should pursue a project and does not estimate or price your construction work. Your company retains control of takeoffs, estimating, pricing, technical scope, exclusions, representations, approvals, signatures, and final bid decisions.

You can handle the opportunity entirely in-house. If you need additional administrative help, Framework can separately provide services such as document organization, compliance review, proposal-package preparation, prime distribution support, and authorized submission assistance. Separate fees apply.

Does the membership include bid preparation or submission?

No. Your $29 monthly membership covers project research and opportunity matching. Bid-support services are separately scoped and priced.

Am I required to use Framework if I find a project I want?

No. Opportunities provided through the membership can be pursued independently by your company.

Does joining guarantee projects or contract awards?

No. Framework identifies and organizes available opportunities. Solicitation conditions, competition, project availability, award decisions, and agency requirements remain outside Framework's control.

Framework Growth Partners provides independent project research, administrative coordination, and bid-support services.

Opportunity information may change after publication. Contractors remain responsible for reviewing official solicitation documents, addenda, qualification requirements, technical scope, estimating, pricing, certifications, representations, approvals, signatures, and deadlines.

$29 monthly membership renews on a recurring basis until canceled. Optional administrative and submission-support services require separate authorization and fees.
