Requirements & deadlines
Tracking bid requirements and key dates throughout the pursuit.
Meet the founder
Founder, Framework Growth Partners
I’m Dee Green — a Georgia native now based in Vancouver, Washington. I built Framework Growth Partners around a simple idea: contractors should be able to focus on estimating, pricing, and building without the administrative side of public works bidding becoming a second full-time job.
The work
Framework Growth Partners supports commercial contractors across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho with the administrative side of public works bidding, so estimating and preconstruction teams can focus on their core work.
Tracking bid requirements and key dates throughout the pursuit.
Organizing the administrative bid package and tracking addenda as the documents change.
Identifying and tracking relevant public works opportunities in the contractor’s market.
Organizing results and follow-up after the contractor submits the bid.
How I work
Framework was built to handle the coordination, documentation, and deadline management surrounding active public bids — work that can pull estimating teams away from their core responsibilities.
Organized support across the bid cycle.
Bid documents, addenda, and requirements kept organized and current.
The contractor retains estimating, pricing, technical decisions, and final submission.
Support focused on these public works markets.
You work directly with Dee rather than a rotating team of contacts.
The boundaries
Framework supports the administrative lane. The contractor retains control of decisions and actions that require professional judgment, authority, and final approval.
Framework does not provide estimating, engineering, legal advice, or underwriting, and does not guarantee bid responsiveness or award.
Next step
Framework Growth Partners supports the administrative workload surrounding active public bids so estimating and preconstruction teams can stay focused on their core work.
If your team bids public work in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho and could use more structure around the administrative side of the process, take a look at the Fractional Public Works Bid Desk.
